I think we're living in an age when those identified by dominant ideological institutions as the "best of us" are unlikely to be anything of the sort Best of Europe????? Best of France???? I would assume abortion was also not easily accessible in Pol Pot's Cambodia considering the agrarian Hell he turned it into.
