It looks like the Rick Steves program is probably (I'm guessing) only airing this week on my local PBS World Channel station, which is overseen by WTVS Detroit, as part of their Pledge Drive. WTVS is broadcast throughout Canada as part of the Rogers Cable lineup of channels; so you're either going to have to be southeast Michigan or Canada in order to watch the program.
